ABOUT ME

 

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Fran earned a degree in Commercial Photography and after meeting her husband Jeff, pursued a career in the pre-production and offset printing industry.

 

As their kids, Chris and Kyle, came into the picture they moved to the lovely, picturesque town of Bernardsville, NJ, the perfect time and place to launch into her real estate career. Fran created and successfully ran Realty Graphics, LLC a full service real estate marketing company at a time when the landscape of technology and real estate marketing was rapidly changing.

 

On a rare vacation in 2009, Fran and her family fell in love with Wilmington and knew this would be their forever home. Fran sold the real estate marketing business and focused solely on residential real estate sales.

 

With her sons in college and parents down south as well, Fran stays busy with family and community involvement. She is involved in Interfaith Refugee Ministry, Domestic Abuse Shelter and Food Bank. She treasures the beach and downtown; the art, music, and theater scene; the amazing offerings of UNCW and CFCC; PiYo, zumba and roller skating; and walking their dog Bonnie who runs the roost.

 

Fran loves the challenge of working in real estate to create win-win outcomes by defining the end goal, exploring all options, and setting a plan of action.
